Questions & Answers

I would vote for removal as power of attorney citing failure to take inventory a representative payee no matter how kindly intended is receivership.

Are you receiving the benefits or an actual Power of Attorney. Maybe this is the wrong Platform. I think Pathways does an excellent job of making sure the clients that they serve as the Representative Payee actually are given an amount that gets them thru the month. If they didnt appropriately report inventory of a client (what a client reports) than they would be removed by social security for failure to report.

Don't bother with them. They'll help you get your place and your benefits and then force you to make them your payee and stop paying your rent and bills so that you end up homeless again. They're a terrible organization.

There's a pretty long waitlist that you have to be put on. There's also an assessment that determines how at risk each homeless person is and that determines where they are placed on the list
