Very rude and disrespectful. They treat you like you’re a criminal. I pray everybody who works for DC child support die a slow painful death

The payments will be stopped if there is no money owed on the case. If there is a balance on the case then it will be an arrears case until the balance is paid off or the CP forgives the money owed to her
You can go to the child support website: CSSD.DC.GOV and fill out the online application and send it to the Intake office. If you are receiving TANF the TANF office is supposed to request a child support case to be started.
You can find out who the caseworker is on the case and send a letter to them via their email address
Yes you can
Are you talking about the benefits you are receiving?
The office can help you if you have a court order for child support. But if you simply want to maintain a relationship with your child, you better talk directly to the superior court of DC. Or if you have other questions, you can call the office or go personally to make an appointment.
Please contact the office and they will let you know what options are available for administrative or court ordered genetic testing.
No. They should've sent a stop payment already.
