The boat launch is really nice. It's very busy on weekends. People frequently park in the zone where you get your boat ready. Frustrating!!

Easy ramp for all water crafts. Calm water and not usually crowded.

Great spot to fish in the shade of the banks. The visitors leave it full of garbage though, new yorkers suck.

It usually is but last week it was really low following the flooding around labor day weekend.
I believe that you will have to go around from the Bridgwater side.
