I’ve never experienced working with people like this before part of me wish I should’ve stayed in southern Maryland I’ve been trying to reach out to them about a case since last year October 2021 I filled out an application no response call no response called numerous other people and they carried me I was receiving tca for 3 months they turned it off in October and when I called and asked why and when I called they said they have no record of me ever getting it and yet they been taking my child support since October 2021 and I don’t receive tca at all I have MS and can barely get out the house or move like I want to and Yvonne Robinson all her cases are coming to my email I’m not suppose to know nobody’s case status , cid number , phone numbers or issues that there having why’s all her stuff coming to my email I have no idea tell these people to do they job properly because they messing up BIG TIME

I do not work TCA or Food stamps. BCDSS has several division. I am under Child Welfare. You must contact your local DSS office to make an appointment now with your caseanager.
I went last week and I filled out a form and dropped it in the box they will allow you to come in but I don't think you can see anyone yet but if you have any questions they will definitely point you in the right direction of what to do

No. They no longer have a way to print them. Please call or go to your local office to let them know and they should be able to order it and figure out why u haven't received the one's you ordered.
