Saw the recent Video on YouTube...Worse Employees Ever...especially that security guard....I think Lewis was her last name. This is not just a bad employees problem but is BAD MANAGEMENT PROBLEM. Employees are only as good as their leader so even without laying eyes on him or talking with him...He needs to get his behind in gear and get this mess straightened out. I think this is one Video that needs to be sent to the Head State DHS Office and a copy sent to Washington. I hope other Auditors show up in droves. And I pray the Police do a better job next time especially the Supervisor who showed up on this Video. The first Cop needs extra training. Start enforcing Laws and stop with the Feelings. If these Employees don't like it then they need new jobs. Plus the people who were making threats at the Auditor WAS NOT FREE SPEECH...IT WAS PHYSICAL THREATS. Even when it was said they'd put him in the ground was a Threat of death. Want to get respect then do their job correctly and lawfully. And DHS Employees get off your behinds and get these cases up to date. You are showing you are lazy and not capable to do your job. If you applied to my company and I knew you worked at this DHS Office I wouldn't even interview you. You have ALL given Howard County Maryland a BAD NAME AND Caused those who may have wanted to move there to take a second thought.

Horrible, beyond ridiculous I’ve been going back & forth for months trying to get my case settled. I’ve done everything asked and they still can’t seem to do their job. They messed up my case & will not provide me benefits because of there issues. Management does nothing Charmaine Trotter is horrible! New management & staff needs to be hired people willing to do their job.
