My triaxe scooter had some damage from a flight transport and they sent me the amazing Frank. He worked hard to fix everything so we could get on our cruise. Very respectful, he even asked if I would like him to wear a mask. (I have been on chemo) Quick turnaround, fixed it on the spot, had a back up scooter just in case he had to take it back to the shop, very respectful and so pleasant! Anyone who can take a stressful situation and turn it into calmness, is a saint in my book. Thank you!
