Going to start with I never bother rating places. Tripphammer Mall McDonald's was one of the worst experiences I've had. It took TWENTY minutes for them to get five cars through the line. My boyfriend and I ordered two drinks. The girl at the window didn't say hi. She was annoyed I had cash. The guy behind her was on his phone and talking to her. Top it off... I got root beer instead of coke. When I tried to go into the lobby it was locked. They close at 8. Had it not taken 20 minutes to get through the drive through I would've been able to get that fixed. Minus 5 stars.

If you're here for the drive thru and for McDonalds food, this is a great location. The dine-in atmosphere isn't that great however, as I could hear arguing in the back of the kitchen. Some comments were made like "come in the bathroom and we'll see" aren't words that make a customer feel easy in a restaurant setting.

I don't have any issues with the workers, for the most part they are just doing their job. However, I often get shorted on my coffee. I order one size and apparently they never have that cup size ( it varies) and I get a much smaller cup. Think about, if order a large and pay for that ahead of time, why would I be okay with a small? Not to mention the cup is half full. This happens without ice. It's strange to me as it happens a lot.

Oh jeez where do I begin. One star is way too many. My biggest problem with this store location is is that the food is never fresh. I pray that they're busy when I arrive to order because when they're not the food feels and tastes like it's been sitting for quite some time. Is it really too much to ask for a consistent fresh standard. I'm always in awe when the food is made fresh and correct. I'm eating right now as I'm writing this review ! I'm questioning why the patties aren't even hot? I am going to make it my life mission to avoid this location!!

All the employees wear masks, lines are marked out so ppl can avoid each other and only one person can use a kiosk at a time (as opposed to 2 per kiosk stand)
