4/29/22 Ran through this Arby's on my way home an hour away. We had gone without lunch because of an appointment and it was 7:30pm by the time we got to an Arby's to get at least something in us. We got a Turkey Swiss meal - came out to be a bacon chicken sandwich of some kind. Inedible due to allergies to chicken. We also got a Gyro. The pita was so stale that it was crunchy and hard as a rock. We could not eat either sandwich and had to wait another hour till we got back into civilization just to eat.

Love eating here but lately the service been awful. Forgetting food, adding extra items on the receipt and they don't even give the food to you. So many issues down in Ithaca but for the most part the staff is friendly.

Don't Know Who Runs This Location But They Need To Speak With Employee's.When A Vehicle Is At The Drive Up Menu And All Lights Are ON bECAUSE yOU wERE bEHIND Another Car YOU DON'T TURN ALL LIGHTS OFF AND CLOSE UP !!!!!!!! COME TO WINDOW AND GET ZERO ACKNOWELMENT .Staurday Night at 7:55
