Terrible service I brought my xbox once here after a lightning bolt hit my apartment building and fried my xbox (it turned on but there was no display) I brought it here to have them fix it and they said it would be a 2 day diagnostic and that they would send me updates to my number. I work a lot and only had Thursday to pick up and I dropped it off on sunday and I hadn’t received a call or text or anything so i show up and they tell me that its not ready and they need a few more days, Frustrated i left and came back before work a few days later and after all of this waiting they tell me “we dont know why its like that” after that they proceeded to argue with me that they needed more time to get it put back together after having it for over a week then offered to sell me a part that they said was completely fine and didn’t need replacing if you have something wrong with a gaming console or any electronics I would go elsewhere if i could leave 0 stars i would. Overall, very rude and unprofessional service, who lacks communication skills. (Supposedly they have degrees for this)

Previously a 5 star review now a 1 cheap but not worth the trouble and after returning my device it now has additional cosmetic damage to the back and after a water repair being told several "guarantees" my s21 ultra crapped out falling in the sink at home doing dishes. IP68 I used to take the phone swimming before I repaired it with them 0 problems first time after repair getting wet and it fell in the sync and they refuse to offer any type of help or assume responsibility. For anybody who doesn't know IP68 means 1.5 meters for 30 minutes in water. Touched sink water after their repair and now they want another 200 for their blunder. Also caused additional damage to the back of my phone and he just shook his head and said sorry dont know what to tell you what kind of business is this.

The repair is estimated at $98.99 USD plus tax. That price includes all parts and labor, as well as our 90-day warranty. Our goal is to have most Samsung repairs done within a few hours, however, that is mostly dependent on part availability and the queue that the store currently has. We are partnered with Samsung, so all of our parts for these devices are OEM directly from the manufacturer.
I had an s9 plus that I got the glass replaced on a few weeks ago and it was approximately 280. expensive but they did a good job. he told me they use Samsung factory class because they are an authorized Samsung dealer. I don't know if that's true, but just thought I would tell you for what it's worth.
Why don't you just call them directly? It's a heck of a lot quicker than this forum!
