UPDATE 9-18-22- I moved out of Lakeshore but I wanted to say that just like the move-in process, the move-out process was so smooth and easy! It was sad to say goodbye to the staff but life is bringing me on a new path. Thank you so much Lakeshore for everything!! :) UPDATE 9-21-20- I am still loving living at Lakeshore all these months later! The staff are so accommodating! Carol, in the front office is always so kind and helpful. She goes above and beyond every time I need her help or have a question. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone! I had been searching far and wide for a new apartment for a while, and just hadn’t found “the one” that truly felt like home. Late last month, I discovered Lakeshore Apartments in my search and decided to give them a call. I discovered that these apartments had all the amenities I was looking for and so much more! What really sealed the deal for me though, was Carol! During my first conversation with her I immediately felt at ease! She was genuine, friendly, and down to earth! She made me feel that she cared and went above and beyond to help me during the application process. I appreciate her communication and willingness to happily answer all of my many questions! I look forward to becoming a new member of this community. Thank you Carol for making this happen for me! 12-14-20 Update- I have had a great experience living in this community! The staff are very friendly and helpful and the neighbors are as well. The apartments are cozy and spacious and I love that I am surrounded by nature and beautiful trees! BE CAREFUL!!! If You Are From Another State DONT COME HERE!!! They made it IMPOSSIBLE for us. Carol asked for a lot of things you won’t be familiar with and they don’t have the courtesy to explain over the phone. Also if you don’t have the exact info of your landlord you will not get an apartment. We told the lady ( Carol ) MULTIPLE TIMES that we were from the NorthEast. Still didn’t care. We even had a moving date Sept 11, 2022, but the lady called us on SEPT 8, 2022 ( mind you we were still 1,030 miles away) that if we didn’t have our last landlord phone number, ADDRESS and email we wont get the apartment. If you are from another state they just want your application money. BE CAREFUL!!!!

Update: As management asked in the response, I emailed them over a month ago with absolutely no response. No one has addressed the roach or trash concerns. They threw a ‘party’ that everyone seems to be raving about, glad they found a use for all of those hidden fees they tack on to your ever rising rent! You can tell Tyrone is attempting to make this place more enjoyable for the community, but food trucks and parties don’t fix the real issues in these units. Management is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Complex is roach infested despite us paying for ‘pest control’ and cleaning as thoroughly as possible. Did not have an issue the first several months we lived here and we clean more than we used to. Always coming out of our bathroom baseboards that they never properly sealed. Every time you speak to the leasing office you are told something different and there’s constantly new fees and payments required. You have to pay for trash removal and they are never on time, so you end up having to take it yourself because they do not allow you to leave your trash can out for longer than a few hours a night. They want you to bring the can into your home which is always full of flies and bugs from being outside because, hello its a trashcan holding trash. If not you’re charged $25 A DAY. They asked me to cancel a deposit with one company as they switched companies, approved the cancellation of my deposit, then charged me $15 a month for doing so!! I have been asked multiple times for the same paperwork for my pet, don’t know how they keep losing an e-mail! No cold water for the washer which certainly ruins clothes. Long story short, if you like roaches, chaos and hidden fees, this is the place for you!!

Ty and Carol are Great! Timely and accommodating. I wrote a negative review (due to miscommunication) and even after that Ty was pleasant, professional and understanding. I definitely take it back. The community it quiet, peaceful and close to work. I am lucky to live here.
