Fabulous place year-round or snowbirds winter... Always looks good...well managed...and very active!!!

Country Village is an okay place nothing special. It has a very nice swimming pool and overly hot tub. The brown color of paint on many of the buildings is hideous and looks shabby. The lawn care looks haphazard and not tended to very well or professionally. Very nice people that I've met there. They seem to be very irregular on their own rules from dog sizes, numbers window coverings, etc. I have heard the board has a hard time getting the association to listen to anything poorly-managed like most. The location to the coast is very nice.
