My mother and I went to get a new storage unit, and Denise was so great to us. She will take care of you and tell you what you need to know. Literally, she walked us down in to many storage units to help us find a perfect space. She was patient too. Rates raise annually but can be lowered by asking for a new space after a year or asking and moving to a smaller space
