Route 22 Honda

Bought a beautiful gently used Civic thanks to Mohamed. He was GREAT and found the perfect car for us. It was a pleasure to work with him. We couldn't be happier. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rt 22 Honda. Everyone there was friendly & helpful.

I have to agree... it's not your typical dealership ambiance... I've never felt pressured or "bamboozled" ... plus the bottom line is that the dealerships in the same region have never been even able to match Route 22's price, forget about beating it.

I am sorry this happened with you.. Did you go to multiple car dealers before the purchase?

There were only three employees that were extremely helpful and assisted us in our purchase of our new vehicle. Some had snarky comments that I didn't care for.

You should call the service dept, describe the problem and discuss possible costs.

It usually takes the bank 7 to 14 days to process a refund. A bank will always withdraw money immediately to insure that the customer has the necessary funds to complete a transaction. And remember this is the Honda store near Newark airport, Not planet honda as some people confuse it to be.

i would never take any of my vehicles to pep boys for an oil change the mechanics aren't even certified there. Always take your honda to honda certified technicians

Go somewhere else. We bought a used pre-owned vehicle from them and had horrors and then bought a new one and had problems. Go somewhere else, I dealt with them for 2 years, if I knew better I would not have went there, it took a lawyer friend to help me get out.
