I ordered a set of meat a few days ago and they said they would share the eco soup, but the condition was completely stinky and I couldn't eat it. Maybe the owner has changed and the meat is of poor quality.

SMNJ is a great example of how relatively good food and attentive servers can be canceled out by poorly trained front of house staff. If staff need to have meetings, train them to have discussions at a separate table reserved for them as far away as possible from diners or to wait until the business has closed for the day. Definitely do not have them stand around in groups between tables loudly discussing what they need to do while people a few inches away from them are trying to eat in peace. On this note, if possible teach servers to walk around all the tables to serve food and clear dishes instead of repeatedly walking in between the central tables. Otherwise, this increases the likelihood of people bumping into the chairs of diners, which is kind of dangerous when you think about how people are eating hot soup and constantly putting long metal sticks in their mouths. When staff are requesting unusual things from customers, especially if they are speaking in Korean, they should speak in grammatically complete sentences and form them as actual questions, not as presumptuous sentence fragments with the endings cut off, and formed to sound more like assumptions that the customers will comply as opposed to being freethinkers who can decide what to do.
