I had PAWS help in San Diego California for life. I now live in Los Angeles Area this company has only done right by me from day one. I would give 10 stars if I could.

5 STARS +++ I started coming here last year and at first I questioned how an entire charity can be established to help the pets of people living with HIV . It didn’t take long for me to witness first hand their services were more than just offer pet food/treats and love to our special k9 family members . Their generosity and compassion has moved me to tears on several occasions and I can honestly say I’ll never be able to express my gratitude for everything they’ve done for me this past year . When your own personal life is in the toilet the last ones you want to see suffer are your pets. Why should they suffer when you’re dealing with health / financial struggles or your personal life is in a bad place? They shouldn’t and Paws LA are like angels and they’re doing God’s work. “God’s work” may seem a bit dramatic to some but they take care of the animals who’d easily be on the streets or in line at the local kill shelter if something happened to their owner. Anyways ..... again i just want to say thank you to everyone at paws LA. Especially to Omar.... you’ve been so kind and patient. Thanks for always making things work out or at least for doing your best. I know the need greatly outweighs the availabilty of services you can do for everyone but I hope one day I can show my gratitude . XO thanks guys!

As a general rule, if you are younger than 16 years old you can volunteer but you have to bring a chaperone because they claim that this is a safety issue. As soon as you turn 16 years old you can do things such as laundry, walk some dogs outside, put pictures of adoptable animals on the internet or clean the barn to name only a few chores. Go to this facility in person and speak to somebody from the office, call them at the number they have here or check their website for more information. Good luck!
It is possible but to be sure call them at the number they have here, go speak to one of the staffers from the office, or check their website for more information.
I suppose you can because as a general rule, all of these institutions need volunteers to help them do things such as walk dogs, reunite some lost animals with their family members, laundry and putting pictures of animals that are available for adoption on the internet to name just a few. Call them at the number they have here, go over there personally and speak to someone from the office if you can or visit their website for more information. I hope this helps. Good luck to you.
No. Have resources to vet's, low cost, assisted. What part of town are located?
They assist low-income seniors and people disabled with life threatening illnesses care for their companion animals by providing veterinary care, pet food and supplies, temporary foster homes.
I am not sure what your question is but for more information go speak to someone from the office, call them at the number they have here or check their website to see how they can help you.
If this is a normal animal shelter yes you can. Go speak to one of the staffers from the office to see if they will let you take a tour of the kennel area. If they do take a picture or record a video of the dog you are interested in adopting, don't forget to write down his/her animal ID number. Give this information to someone at the front counter, fill out the paperwork, pay the adoption fee which is around $100 and they will let you know when you can take him/her home with you. Good luck!
I suppose you would have to call them at the number they have here or go over there in person and ask them to give you an application to work there. I also suggest that you check their website for more information. Good luck!
On 7th and Central there is a Lawyes They have a Volunteer organization that helps with dog and cats for low income homeless, veterans and seniors with the care and health of animals to n Wednesday between 10 and 23
I think so
No this is in the shelter or a rescue it's a facility that helps people with terminal illnesses take care of their pets
This place is for clients only if you're not a client I don't think they can help but you can call and find out
It would be best to call and make an appointment or leave a voicemail and they are good for calling back. However, after you are enrolled into their program, you are able to walk in speak to someone
I have been calling Omar and just getting the answer machine I left several messages requesting vouchers for my cat and dog and I really worry because I have not received a call back for the past April
If you can come to this facility in person and bring a compy of your bill from the water and power or from the gas company along with an ID such as your California ID or your driver's license. Perhaps they can give you a voucher that covers the full price of the surgery which is about $130. But you will stil have to spend around $40 to buy the Elizabethan collar and for the antibiotic as well as the pain medication. You can also call the human services line at 211 to see if they can help you.
I believe this is an animal shelter where they keep the animals for a certain amount of time and then they either euthanize them or put them up for adoption with families that would give them forever homes. Call them at the number they have here, go speak to someone from the office personally or check their website for more information.
You have to apply for become a ient. Once you submit the required documentation, if approved, you will qualify for free vaccinations and food. Call them to get further information.
I am not sure but go over there personally and speak to someone from the office, call them at the number they have here, or check their website for more information.
I really don't know what is going on with their schedule but I strongly suggest that you go over there tomorrow as soon as possible and speak to somebody at the front counter, call them at the number listed here or check their website for more information. I sincerely hope that they help you very soon. Good luck!
