If this is a normal animal shelter yes you can. Go speak to one of the staffers from the office to see if they will let you take a tour of the kennel area. If they do take a picture or record a video of the dog you are interested in adopting, don't forget to write down his/her animal ID number. Give this information to someone at the front counter, fill out the paperwork, pay the adoption fee which is around $100 and they will let you know when you can take him/her home with you. Good luck!
