Rent constantly goes up. Restricts how you live. Update 2021: Horrible place to live. A new company bought out the park community and sky rocketed our water bill 300-500. Which made us get a bit (1.5 months) behind in rent trying to pay it. They then evicted us as soon as they could (family of 6 with 4 children 2 to 10 yrs old), only gave us 10 days to get out, and (once in court) the representative for the company was so rude and just heartless. Then tried to charge us for rent for the following month after we left. We lost our home that we were BUYING. They bought it out from under us as soon as they evicted us. THEY HAVE DONE THIS BEFORE TO A COMMUNITY IN KENTUCKY. Google the company name on youtube, there is a news story on it. I DO NOT NOR WOULD EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMMUNITY (COMPANY) TO ANYONE!!!!

Lot rent is is 335.00 your water bill will be more than your electric bill.
The water bills and sewer bill is very high...like 39 dollars for water but the sewer bill is well over 200.00 a month..the park is owned by ssk out of KY and the will cheat you out of ever enny you have..every one is moving out.. including there maintenance guys..
