I did not want to move there because of their past reputation. I found out there were new owners, A family with 5 kids bought the park. I have been here a year and am happy to say that the family treat it like they care and it shows in their management. They are constantly cleaning it up and making renovations. The owners want to make it a small community hub and have many plans in the works. Maybe a small store, a kids playground will be in its future. It is a very pleasant place to live. Some people have mentioned it is over priced, but electricity, water, sewer and trash disposal are included in the base price. They care and it shows.
