River Ridge is a very nice clean and friendly Mobile home community . It's just minutes away from beautiful downtown Lapeer . Lapeer has stores to meet any and all of your shopping needs . Lapeer county is very safe place to live ! I has several different police stations . You will see them patrolling the streets often . The have Lapeer county police - Michigan state police . But as we all know there's no place that doesn't have a few bad Apple's . But it's a great retirement community . I gave it 5 stars for a good reason . You're just minutes away from a hospital and beautiful downtown historical Lapeer . I've never let my followers down yet and I'm not gonna ever let them down !!!

If you want to build credit rent one as a stepping stone to get your credit score may not increase much . To buy one that's an option I would never even think about it . They loose value more so than a new car tires touches the pavement . Try them on that issue ! Just let your front tires touch the pavement . You'll ever get what you paid for it back . Obtain a credit card and use it when you have no cash . That's all good . But never pay it all off you will take yourself out of reach to get credit . The same applies to a house . Your close to your last payment . Don't pay it off . Get a second mortgage to keep your self in an active credit payment .
