I am not sure about rent at pine lakes. I work for a contractor and we do jobs all over. I would Google them and give them a call. Sorry I couldn't be of more assistance.

There are manufactured homes here for rent to own and or buy. But after one term or 3 years you can break out if you don't want to mortgage it. It's a nice community. Better than most typical trailer parks. Its well kept. There are lakes to catch an release. A pool and a child's park.

Pine Lakes Community is an exceptional place to live. Office is open Monday thru Friday from 8 to 5. Potential resident must be Park approved and pass a background check. Application fees apply. We currently have 6 park owned home for sale. I can possibly do a lease to own on one of the homes. Prices for purchasing range between 64,900.00 And 107,500.00. Lot rents range from 400.00 to 445.00 and include water, sewage and trash pickup. We do provide a list of lenders who finance our homes. Yes, cats are allowed. So are small dogs, although some people have large breeds but I am not sure how they get away with that. There are also "aggressive" breeds which are not allowed; list of these breeds available in Office. I hope this helps.
