I don't live there but it's a dirty place. Most all trailers are dirty and can use a good washing to make the park more desirable to live.roads are terrible,drive through and you'll see what im talking about! Park management needs to hire someone to clean this place up..

Overpriced for its age and amenities. A market comp with like trailer camps would suggest more realistic pricing. Area itself looked ok.

No it is not
I lived there for 2 years with my toddler son by myself. I never had a single problem and never was it too loud. Tanya the park manager was very delightful and if there was ever a problem maintenance was right there. I only moved to buy a home.
I don't know about lot expenses. But it's a nice looking trailer park. I go to visit family member when can
It's not bad but have noticed rent goes up every year. It is always some reason they raise the rent. They like to evict senior citizens out of their trailers they own in this park. Kinda sad really. Where do these elders go when they have lived in these trailers most of their lives and get threatened to be taken to court so they are forced to sell their trailer to the park. You can't talk to the actual owner of the park, you have to go through a person who manages the park. Its your call. To risk renting in there. 😒
I'm pretty sure they do not allow pitbulls do to children in the park
