It's not bad but have noticed rent goes up every year. It is always some reason they raise the rent. They like to evict senior citizens out of their trailers they own in this park. Kinda sad really. Where do these elders go when they have lived in these trailers most of their lives and get threatened to be taken to court so they are forced to sell their trailer to the park. You can't talk to the actual owner of the park, you have to go through a person who manages the park. Its your call. To risk renting in there. 😒
Compared to other homes on Lapeer No. And no one just evicts you for no reason. Just a thought on that. Been here a couple years and not one problem. As long as you pay your Bill's you're fine. Anyone who complains about this place must have created their own problems. I never had one problem and maintenance was always timely professional and just great!
I lived here for a year and it was the worst managed park I've ever lived in. I had mold and all my appliances we're broken and they wouldn't fix them. The street light was rigged to come out of my energy bill too and I was paying nearly 150 dollars to flush my toilet. My sewer/septic bill was 75 dollars more than everyone else on my street because the pipes were all connected to the houses at the end of the streets.
