They are putting in new mobile homes... I have lived here since 2007 rent is reasonable but you do pay a water bill and your own utilities. Lot is $410.00 fair

Right now we are working on getting a couple ready we do have a handyman that needs a lot of work

You buy your trailer unless you pay a fee then pay monthly but lot rent is 390.00 a month no matter the size of the trailer.
