Once again brooksville dunkin screwed up my order. I order frozen coffee turn the sugar button off which I order there a lot. It was not turned off and so.e people can't have sugar..they are going to kill someone e one dsy

Couldn't figure out how to use vip card sent to us from Dunkin. Asked manager still screwed up, charged wrong price on one. More training please!

I visit this location multiple times a week. More than half the time I am disappointed. Numerous times I’ve come to get a milkshake in the evening. Most times, I am not able to get one, sometimes over an hour before closing. I usually order iced drinks in size large and almost every time, there’s an inch to two inches of empty space at the top. Recently I nicely said something to an employee and she basically told me the ice compresses when they add the liquid to the drink. She took the drink and added more ice. What a huge waste of money. They need to better train their staff and either implement or enforce more customer friendly policies.

I got the bagel minis this morning and they were super hard and had no cream cheese in the middle I also got hash browns and they were cold. The sweet tea definitely tasted like it was sitting out all night it had a tangy taste of old tea
