Charley diagnosed my leak being in the cinder block wall. He chopped it out and found the leak was from the elbow of the outside spigot. After repairing the leak he cemented the wall he chopped out and also textured the wall with grout to match the house. I will use Billy The Sunsine Plumber again. Thank you again Charley.
