The cry babies here are ridiculous. I have NEVER waited more than 20 minutes to see any of the three doctors I have there. As for no pain meds, I suppose these people don't realize that the law prohibits giving out pain medication like candy. I have received the best of care highly recommend them.

My appointment was recently, 8/05/22, after rescheduling my original appointment which was on 8/01/22 for the Hudson office, confused I have never been there okay mistakes happen. Then in previous interactions being spoken to once in person and once on the phone terribly. Okay their under pressure and having a bad day. This really does not excuse these professional people. Problem, you need to listen and understand what the patient is relating. I will say Dr. Kasdashian, is kind, he is unaware of certain issues with the office staff. Yesterday was the best visit so I guess the complaints are being addressed. I met a blonde woman I who I really did not understand what your motives were, never received her name who at first wanted to dispute how many times I have seen Dr. K, what I did for a living, and why I had a notebook as our time progresses. To me I am a private person who is suffering with a separate illness and here to see Dr K. It was confusing I have no problem with conversation this was something more and Iam certainly not paranoid. Yes, I do talk back and can be very pleasant when listened too and treated correctly. I did hear you when you called me in the office, I did not need your crack about my hearing, I am very sensitive to my illness it is no joke, I cannot hear .It should be taught, that you do not know how someone is feeling and discredit anyone for pointing out problems in said office. The comment, I understand, does not cut it. Iam glad to see you may be taking responsibility for certain issues. We all want to be treated fair and respectfully. Thank you for your time. Truly much success.

I almost cut my finger off at work and was referred to CBJD by the ER Dr.. She spoke highly of them so I went with the flow. The day of my appointment I show up 15min early like I was told and waited for a hour to be seen. There were other patients walking out frustrated with the situation. I couldn't help but laugh when staff was telling people the Dr is a very busy man. That is no excuse... your time is just as valuable as ours Maybe you shouldn't double book appointment times. Anyways when I get in to see the Dr. he looked at the wound for maybe 5 min and said yup you need surgery and was on his way... missed a whole day's work for that... lastly like I said before my finger is half way cut off and everything is covered by workman's comp. He let me walk out without even giving me a Tylenol... haven't been able to sleep and I am in severe pain and have 5 more days till surgery... can't believe I'm coming out of pocket for pain meds... Thanks Doc!

Always have to wait well over an hour for your appointment. The Brooksville office doesn’t have a sufficient parking lot for the establishment always have to park in the grass or in the side or the road. Waiting room is always packed with people complaining about their wait, I don’t blame them. Took a whole day off work because I knew the majority of my time would be waiting. Dr. Kardashian is good I guess, but it’s not like I ever really visited with him, just his clinical staff. I was referred from oak hill hospital after I broke my wrist. Out of my 5 visits to the office with follow ups I’ve only met him once. And he glanced at my hand, gave his nurse instructions, then left. The clinical staff is great. It just seems like a good doctor that takes on wayyyy too many patients and they office can’t accommodate accordingly.
