Took my 2 yr old Lhasa Apso in to be groomed, he came out half neutered, they charged me full price and he didn't even get a bath. I had to take him to the veterinary right away for medication to help with the pain. STAY AWAY FROM THE GROOMER'S!!!!! If they were not able to do their job properly they should have called me to come get him. I would have appreciated and had more respect for this place if they would have just called me to come get my poor baby; I'm so disappointed!!!

Yes they have a great cat area that is separate,quiet (so they don't hear all the dogs barking), and safe for all types of cat personalities. Very neat "tower" type kennels. Can bring anything you want for your cats stay.
Yes. They have a full vet service on site now as well.
They are very flexible but you do have to let them know ahead of time.
Tuesday's are the slowest
