I recently lost my beloved dog.I entrusted this hospital with her remains. Two weeks later I still have not heard anything so I called to check on when I could pick my beloved dogs remains Up. they then proceeded to ask me if someone else would have picked her up for me. I ensured them that no one else picked her up. They then told me they would check with the company that does the cremation to see what was going on. Several hours later I get a phone call From White House animal hospital tell me that there was a mixup And I would not be getting her remains due to their mistake in imputing Information the Company doing the cremation. They didn’t tell me that they returned the money to my card like that supposed to solve the problem. This is a careless Mistake that should not happen
