They refused to show me the Apt couple of days before my move and never refunded the deposit. Be careful while dealing with them.

Rotten, dirty, garbage cans galore, potholes larger than a Prius … ZERO management. Stole my SENIOR mothers deposit as she made before moving up from Florida, lowest of the LOW here. Thank goodness for KARMA.

Seriously, do not live here unless you have to. There has been a litany of problems with this place for a long time. My personal experience has been with the "phase 1" apartments, but the rest are hardly better. The main problem is the fact that this was built very cheaply and with poor planning. Parking is a nightmare. The appliances are older than you. The studs are not standard spacing,(good luck mounting your TV) and there is no insulation. You will hear EVERYTHING you're neighbors are doing. Seriously. A kid running around upstairs will shake the entire building. This is not an exaggeration. The roofs leak. They will repair it cheaply and improperly. It will leak again. I will not comment on the people that live here or the management. Just take a drive around and see for yourself if it looks like people have the parking, space to live, or like anything has been managed properly here ever. Look at the Facebook group. I'll put it this way; it is worth an extra $100-$200 to live anywhere else that is newer with the same amenities.
