They are on time. The bus is clean. The drivers are helpful. The process to get a "ticket" is real easy.

If anyone wants to do a bus trip I highly recommend it. We went to The New York Yankee game. Bus was very full, infact one of the seats were broken and they went back to the bus depot and we got a different Bus! The driver was very nice and he did a great job getting us to our destination and than back!

Great way to get from Upstate NY to NYC for cruise ships. Avoid having to drive through heavy traffic. Leave it to the professionals. Comfortable bus at a reasonable price!!

We took a bus ride to Citifield for a baseball game, driver provided no communication prior to setting off about restroom being non usable. The paperwork said non stop so I tried to use the restroom on the way down and the toilet was full to overflowing with clean water? The bus driver was told and her reply was "thats good." ! We did have a rest stop break on way down and back so that was good. On the way home the bus was very hot and when asked to turn on AC she replied i can for a bit but then have to shut if off because people up front complain its too cold. I agree with the comments about lovely new buses but the seats are uncomfortable.

All gratuities that are paid to either our Drivers or Program Directors are at the discretion of the passenger. It is also up to the Driver/Program Director as to whether or not they accept them.
Elsie - While we remain hopeful they will resume soon, we are taking every precaution to make sure we have a system in place that will provide a safe and healthy experience for all of our guests. We suggest continuing to monitor our website (www.yankeetrails.com) and our Facebook page for information, and make sure you are on our Preferred Customer Email list (which you can join from the home page on our website) as we will use this list to email everyone as well.
Thank you Tina for inquiring about our service to Turning Stone Resort Casino. Unfortunately we are not certain as to when our buses will return to the casino. However, we remain in close contact with our representatives and will keep everyone posted on our website, by email and on our Facebook page, as to when we are permitted and choose to continue offering our service to this destination. Hopefully, it's sooner than later, for sure!
At this point Brenda, many of the trips originally scheduled for March have been cancelled as a result of the venue/attraction/event closures, as well as the mandate to limit group gatherings of 10 more more people. We are hopeful this will change and are keeping a very close eye on what we are able to offer our customers in the weeks/months to come.

Yankee Trails does offer trips featuring the NY Mets. We suggest checking back after the first of the year to see if our schedule is available. As for Syracuse, it's rare that we would offer tickets featuring their football or basketball teams, but it's generally based on who their opponent is. For instance, when their football team played Notre Dame this November at Yankee Stadium, we did offer a package.
Yes only thing is if u do it online its cheaper
Unfortunately we do not.
Unfortunately we do not provide any trips from Catskill, NY to Scranton, PA. Sorry :o(
Becky is right. Enjoy the trip!
Yankee Trails is in the process of registering with MGM. We suspect we will be able to offer services beginning late October, early November.
In October 1 trip to the American side of Niagara Falls. 1 trip to the Canadian side of Niagara Falls.
