I’ve been here for 6 going on 7 years and it’s been a decent place to live. My issue is that I had an ant problem and no matter how much I cleaned, sprayed, or anything, they would not go away and they were coming from downstairs. Parking is not good and the new on all parking thing they have is awful. My biggest issue is that even living there for almost 7 years, my rent is jumping more than $400 and that’s on top of the $200 increase last year. So it is a good place to live, I’ve enjoyed my time but rent jumping $400+ is where I draw the line.

This place has the audacity to try and charge $330 for the application fee. That is so ridiculous it should be fraudulent!!! They charge $250 to "take the apartment off the market" and $80 app fee. You are charging me to "take the apartment off the market" lol!!, that's hilarious. Shouldnt you be super thankful that I would choose your apartment complex and not penalizing me with $330 in fees. You guys should be super ashamed of yourself. All three apartments near you charge a fraction of that. WOW i just read the reviews for this place. ITS A MESS!! I wouldnt move here for 0 app fee lol.

Where to begin, the clubhouse and pool are nice, but that is it. If you have any questions regarding your lease/ apartment do yourself a favor and ONLY talk to the manager. Jami, a member in the office, has lied to me not once, not twice, but four times about questions regarding moving in. The parking here is abysmal you have to pay a monthly fee to park in a crowded lot and even then my car was still broken into and all of my change was stolen. Then there is the trash, be prepared to see piles of garbage outside of the complex and homeless people rummaging around in the dumpster. You have to pay a monthly fee for the valet trash (which is a tiny kitchen garbage that fits one bag if you're lucky) and you have to bring the smelly trash bin into your apartment otherwise they will charge you $25 every time you don't. The maintenance crew is constantly cycling so if you place a service request it might never end up happening and they will charge you for the repair at move out. If you for some reason end up deciding to reside here, make sure you fill out the move-in form with every little detail because when you move out they will do everything they can to not give you your deposit back. Falsified reviews as most are written week or moths apart and then there are clusters of 4-5 star reviews made in one day. Heavily disappointed and would recommend looking for a place to stay elsewhere.

Believe what the reviews say about this new management is all I can say. They do not care about any of the tenants. I don’t see how they can see all these bad reviews about them and still say WE’RE the problem. At some point they should think to themselves that they really are the problem.
