Way to crowded and to much traffic. The spray park was not working. To many big kids in that area with no supervision. No supervision of kids in the pool, jumping on people, throwing toys hitting people. The quiet hours were not monitored. loud people and music till 3:30AM. No supervision at shuffleboard courts. Sites on top of each other.

So, maybe just had bad luck, but we got there and they had changed our reservation, and we ended up in a site that would have been impossible to park in if the site across had been occupied. There was a giant tree blocking the front of the site and a telephone pole across from it. It was also on a one way road, so you couldnt come at it from the other way. Our water hook up was almost too far away for two hoses to reach. So we finally got into it and went to the pool. Ordered a "sweet peach tea" that cost $16, and was supposed to have alcohol. I recieved a sealed bottle of tea. I took it back and stood in line for 10 minutes holding this tea to finally be given the right drink, wgich was either so watered down that you couldnt taste the alcohol or there was no alcohol at all. Sites are too small pool was overcrowded, and roads were too tight. They told us they were overbooked for this weekend after we had gotten here. I wish they would have told us before we left, we would have gone back to margaritaville. So much for trying something new.

Survived. Park ok have power and water
Yes, it is called a day pass!
It depends on the place you stay at ask the owner of the building before paying. I've stayed at 4 different places and only 1 had a dishwasher
Yes last time we were there we brought ours
You will have to bring your own I am pretty sure. Call the Park. We have camped several times there and we used our small Weber tabletop grill for a mini fire.
Yes, there are parking lots inside too. If the second vehicle does not fit on the site.
Wi-Fi is horrible!!!!
Office can help. The pool and all (most) of the amenities are included. I do not know the cost to rent a golf cart. It's also possible they rent boats for the Lake/fishing
Zero
There is one outdoor pool and it is heated and open.
I wouldn't know. You would have to call sun-n-fun and ask them. Sorry I couldn't help.
Not sure. Have call resort
You'll have to call, I believe they sell day passes and summer passes.
Yes you can. All catch and release. There are some pretty big fish in most of them too.
It is $962 a month
I don't know. I was there for 20 minutes.
They sell out fast most of the time, so be early.
One day is fine.
No , not on actual recreational vehicles , but definitely talk with the owner to confirm the age range
Yes
Yes
Give them the main address for sun and fun or the park you're in and then your lot number
The outdoor pool is open Dawn to dusk. I don't know about the indoor pool due to covid
Call ahead. They are open with limited activities.
Gates open at 8am but will depend if your site is free. We got ours early.
Whenever I think
You can't live in one of their vacation homes year round but not sure about parking an RV there year round
Can't say I saw any fire pits but the park is very sizable and I'm sure there would be somewhere to light a fire
No you don't
They have a temporary residency permit which means you will have to vacate your home for 3 months in a row per year. Call for more details. Good luck !
8am
There aren't any in the indoor pool. Out side in the summer, they do have monitors at the slide. Not sure if they are Red Cross certified guards.
Been over a year since I stayed there, I don't know
You'd have to call them for details
Yes
Some of the sites do have grills, some of them do not. I'm in the same boat as Kelli who answered before me, we bring our own grill and don't run into any problems this way. But I do know with certainty that I have seen free-standing charcoal grills on some of the sites.
All depends on which month. I'd call them directly
Yes its there was just there last wrekend
No. Only inside outdoor grills.
I know they have live music regularly. But don't know who or what the schedule is.
Yes they do. Call the office.
Its well worth the cost
just go to Web site should have everything you need
for the pool it is now $7 fri sat sun, and $5 all other days. to stay the price varies
Yes they do
I saw plenty of things to do there but do not remember seeing basketball.
We love Sun-N-Fun and go there every year with our RV; does not have regular trailers only Park Models which can range from $20,000 (used) to $89,000 brand new. Then, of course, there is water, sewage and electric costs plus maintence fees. No, they do not accept section 8.
Monday - Friday 0900 - 1200 till April 13th
Wonderful RV Resort. Indoor pool as well as the outdoor pools. Bingo in two different places. All kinds of outdoor games as well as a wood shop and stain glass making.
Sam's Club, Publix, Target, and others are about 2 miles west of Sun-n-fun, on S.R. 780 (friutville rd). Plus, some great spots to eat. Such as AppleBees, Long Horn Steak House, Taco Bell, McDonalds,,,and more. Happy munching.....
Depends on time or year and length of stay. We paid $50/night for a short stay out of peak season; but it goes to $90+/night in January.
I recommend calling them, they're very helpful.
I think so but only during the slower months when the snowbirds are away. Now is there peak season so they don't need the extra money. Not sure how much it is though.
Currently loss of power, that means no water and no sewer. Since snf is a commercial account they may be serviced before residential.
Irma had changed direction so snf dodged the storm. There was damage but not as bad as it could have been. Right now there is no power or water. That all will return with time
