This was so much fun! I didn’t think I would be able to do it at all, so when I did, it was invigorating! I highly recommend taking a class like this at least once. No it’s not for stripping, it’s dancing and self love and challenging your comfort zone. This is what self care looks like and I had a blast doing it! ✌️✌️ Excellent experience!

EVERYONE is welcome.
Absolutely every size is welcome. They have plus size instructors as well at the Brandon and St. Pete locations. As of now there aren't classes specifically for plus sized women, but pole is for everyone!
Any of the classes listed as all levels are fine!
If you're facing the building from the parking lot, theres a staircase to the right. Go upstairs and in that door and you'll find the studios.
They have an aerial playground class that has Lyra.
