Went there to open account when I walked in told the tell that she said to scan the code on the table and some one will help you so I did and it said i was first on the list so I waited for over half hour then one of the bankers came out and greeted another customer that walked in after me told her she will be with her so i asked her how long is going to be she said they work by appointment only and i have to wait if they have time they will help me and she just walked away very rude i wish i was told that before would have made appointment they were not busy at all

What a joke! Been sitting here since 10 am for a 15 min wire transfer and it’s now 12:03.. Did not have an appointment but sitting here for over 2 hours hearing the banker joking laughing with customers is not acceptable when you know you have customers waiting .. of course be personable but step up and get it done quickly.. other banker causally just went to lunch even with 3 other customers waiting .. definitely not top notch service like my other banks.. time 4 change

There are 7 people in line right now and there is only one clerk taking care of everybody. It takes forever. There are other two workers just smiling instead of contributing to ease the line. One of the representatives said that is everything they can offer. God!
