I just recently ordered a an impossible burger or what I perceived to be an impossible-burger. When I bit into the burger, I immediately recognized that it was beef. Despite the artificial test of impossible burger, there is a distinct taste in beef. I reached to facility, & explained to the manager. She went through normal preliminary benchmark: 1. does it have the impossible burger wrapper. When I replied yes, she asserted that it is the impossible burger. As if, this preclude any possible level of mistake that could occur from the cooking crew. I get it people make mistake, but if your only solution to amicably resolve the issue was to say because it's intended wrapper without any verifiable proof that you're right. it really reinforces that it wasn't the right burger. Aside from the lack of signs that could call attention to a wet floor the manager never bothered to post within the dining area to raise awareness that the floor is wet due to rain (risk-mgt.101), the overall service was piss-poor, this incident really capped it off for me (dishonesty). I highly suggest the district manager re-train the staff.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!! I cannot give any stars as there is nothing good about this burger king but I had to give one star so i could post this. Go thru the drive thru, sit at the speaker for 5 mins, and then sit in line for another 15-20 mins every time i go to this location. Then the other day i went thru and when i got to the window i asked for another burger, she said it would be 5mins and cannot hold up the drive thru. She did not even suggest to pull ahead and wait. just, "nope, we cant do that". and then the ice machine was broke and they were given out warm soda. Like they did not think anyone would notice. I went inside and got my money back. I will never go back, the employees are rude and even the manager does not care. She told me the lady at the drive thru was suppose to tell me there is no ice. That's suppose to make it better??

After drive through I walked in to get money back , drinks had no ice , asked for no onions on burgers that didnt happen , asked for onion rings , was told it takes to long to make for me , no wonder they send coupons out all the time but I still went in to get a refund anyway , coupon fails haha

This Burger King is one of the better BK's around. I have been going there for years. It is on my delivery route. Food is always hot and fresh. I contribute it to the very attentive and helpful Management team that always seem to be working as hard as every other employee. Very professional team at this establishment. Restaurant is clean and well ran. For a Fast Food Chain This One is 5 Stars 😁😁😁😁😁

It depends on the location. I would always go inside for a large order so you can check it without being rushed. I would also talk to the manager about your frustration with them. Some Burger Kings just don't have the training as others. The manager needs to be aware of your problems. If they aren't receptive, call Burger Kings Corporate Office.
If some one messes up your order, it means that they were doing something. You can't screw up if you do nothing.
Last time I got food from burger King the burger bun tasted it peanut butter
