Today (September 09) I went to drop off three packages. The person who attended me sealed the first package quickly. But it was different with the other packages. The second package took a while to do it and the third package was still open and unsealed, once he gave me the copies of my packages receipt, he asked if there’s something else I need. Because he wanted me to go.(Basically he wanted me to go leaving my package opened) I reply YES I want you to seal the third package. He threw the unopened package to the other guy and the package fell on the floor. And it was there, none of them picked it up. They were speaking in their language for a little while and then the other guy finally picked up the small box and sealed.

I am absolutely frustrated w this place, I always tell about the good things of places but today is an exception, I came to print 1 one page I ended paying 5 dollars + , asking for help 3 times until I got Humberto off his cellphone and moved actually to help me and another lady, I left upset, no printed job , but mostly disappointed bc I hate to write these kind of comments, it was not the first time i was treated poorly here, but definitely the last one
