I went out to the Weedon Island preserve and had a great trip. The young woman that helped me was accommodating. I told her what I was interested in doing, and she gave me the information she had, and I will be going back.

We live out of state and were visiting Florida to do some kayaking. We booked lessons for some experience on coastal water kayaking and our instructor was Tim. The lessons were great, we learned tons of information and simple techniques that of course we'll have to keep practicing, but gave us a solid base of skills we used to kayak on several rivers and coastal waters over the next week in Florida! Tim is an excellent instructor, he fit his teaching to our level of skills and the instruction could not have been any better! They also have a great shop with lots of beautiful well priced kayaks that we looked at and were very helpful answering all our questions. We'll definitely be back!

I took the INTRO TO KAYAKING PART 1 class with Chad as our instructor. Being that I am a newbie to kayaking, I was bit nervous prior to the class. Chad made this a fun, comfortable experience. I will definitely return for part 2 of the class. Thank you for a fun day on the water.

Thanks guys. We’ve rented from here before and I know about the public launch. Thanks for the responses. I’ll call to double check with them this week 👍🏻
Hi! Single kayaks are: $17 for 1 hour, $34 for 2 hours & $40 for 4 hours
Unfortunately dogs aren't allowed inside the preserve at all, so they can't be on any kayaks, whether you rent or own.
There's a boat launch at the end of the road.
We had 2 tandem kayaks for about $120 for half day rental.
The Administration said the the markers we're not up to code. Follow the Orange ribbons until new signs are made. They were easy to find.
We rented a couple and brought 2 with us. They did not mind. Give the guys a tip and they wont care.
If there's 4 + you have to make a reservation n it's better to do 4 hrs n they have singles and doubles life jackets included they'll provide you with all the information needed we had a great experience going back again
