Up until now, I would have given this place 5stars, but when you sell me the wrong size coils and then want to give me a runaround about exchanging them for the correct size you rating drops. The correct response, especially since I showed you the exact type of device I had on your shelf and YOU picked them out and even double checked the box to be sure, would be "I'm terribly sorry for the mistake, we'll replace them immediately." Not, "I'll talk to my manager because I didn't make the sale and get back to you, I have people in the store, I have to hang up."

Buy local, or USA made. If you spent less than $100 on your vape, then you got the "zero guarantee" that you paid for with your Chinese made product. Unless you want to learn Chinese, then consider switching to buy American made products that provide service at a level we expect which equates to a higher cost. This goes for almost every product you buy. If you buy things from China then expect to buy it more than once.
