Time and time again this place blows me away. I've been to MANY different doctors and I can honestly say it's all too common to see a doctor and talk to them for 5 seconds and they send you away with meds. Here I always feel cared for, my needs and opinions are important and you can tell that Dr.Gower really wants the best for everyone.

They are very personal
They should have ran it through insurance first. MEDICARE THEN YOUR SUPPLEMENTAL INSURANCE. It also sounds like the codes used could have been wrong or interpreted incorrectly (these are codes used for billing). When the doctors office does its own billing and coding for billing it often gets a bit frustrating because its complicated. Its not the offices fault. Its just the whole medical industry.
