Communication is non-existent, via in person or email. When I did speak to someone, they were trying to convince me my email I've had for 15 years is not working. Instead of just saying sorry we didn't see your email. The owner needs to work on a healthy environment for their customers. I bet their lack of customers care and lack of empathy bleeds into their work.

I paid less than $20 for similar. $16 or $17 range. Cheaper than a nearby competitor.
My guess would be 18 years old, but if you are coming from Brooksville I don't know if the pay and the drive would be worth it but I am speculating because I do not know how much they pay I just know it's a small business. Google them and call them would be my best suggestion
