The doctors here are very patient and nice. Listen carefully to me describing my symptoms. And tell me the things need to be pay attention to. I had a severe stomachache today and just took Uber to here. I provided my ID and asked if I can provide photo of my passport to be seen first and I will bring the passport later. The front desk refused. I know it is policy requires people bring real jd to use insurance. But if patient can be seen first and get real ID right after it will be better. Here is urgent care people who need urgent visit come here.

I completed the online appointment request and got a great response. I was able to book the appointment and got service when I walked in the door. It was not busy and the staff were great! This is a great place to go instead of Shands ER to avoid the wait.

I came in as a walk-in, and was informed that they were running behind. I only waited for about 15-20 mins. Staff were friendly and once I went back, I was finished quickly.
