They are supposed to open at 8am and it is now 8:23 am. I’ve called about 6 times and no one has answered. This just doesn’t make sense, someone should be answer an “urgent care” facility when they open. Really makes no sense how they aren’t paying attention to their phone lines when people are needing their assistance. This is unacceptable

System was down today. Hubby had gotten me an appointment for 4:15, which was earliest available at breakfast time. When I got there, the staff kind of ignored me. They had to turn a lot of folks away and there was a very long wait, which I know from previous visits is normal for this location. The system being down threw them off big time. We are all very dependent on our computers. The system being down seemed to be quite stressful for the staff, esp. the receptionist who was not a happy camper. A nurse type seemed to be in charge of the receptionist. She poked her head in and told the receptionist to turn any walk-ins away. They made it seem like we wouldn’t be seen at all despite our appointments. Everyone behind the wizard’s curtain was nice once I was finally seen. It was over 2 1/2 hours past my appointment time. People kept coming in, some with appointments (“null and void”) and without (“sorry”). They had to do everything by hand. They said they couldn’t see appointments or anything because the system was down. The wait was normal, the situation was not. I was worried the whole time that i’d have to try again tomorrow after wasting hours waiting there.

I recently had an appointment for 4 pm. They saw me 3 hours later. I'll never go to this place again. Nurses are also rude.

Not a great experience. We made an appointment and they ran more than an hour after the time they asked us to arrive. The doctor was helpful and seems to know his stuff, BUT when they called in our prescription to the pharmacy only two of three were logged, so we were not able to get one of them. We were told we needed to call the clinic, but when we did the receptionist hung up on us at 4:45 before we could explain what we needed, and then refused to answer the phone again - I guess she clocked out early? All in all, just unnecessarily frustrating.

Your scheduled appointment only applies to the beginning of your wait time. The clinic's motto should be- Your bladder don't matter. I totally meant for the rhyme. 😎 Honestly, the new office manager called me earlier this week and apologize for my experience there and seems to be making great changes to improve the wait times for appointments.

I think so, but call to be sure and to see if it is operational.
