Just stopped by for a short visit. First impression, it's a clean and well kept hidden gem of an older mobile home park right off 19. Otherwise unable to comment on anything else, i.e. management, lot rent etc.

Do not move in there. The management are terrible and heartless..
They are only for sale but the price of alot of them are threw the roof and you got to have an Exstremly High credit score and pay to have a background check then once you buy it they harrass there residents and its just not a good place to live anymore.
