Ordered 3 tres leches as I have previously with them. They arrived completely frozen! Called the restaurant to inform them and the employee who answered apologized and said they ran out and they pulled them out of the freezer and he thought they would have thawed by the time they got to me. Asked to speak to a manager was put on with the assistant manager and he was unprofessional told me there was nothing he could do that the owner doesn’t allow refunds or gift cards! After being in the restaurant industry for over 15 years let’s just say this is the worst customer service ever. 20 mins after delivery still un edible
