Yes Hot tub is working
Units are individually owned and there is not a centralized location for rentals in the complex. Leases are for a minimum 6 months and applicants must be approved by the Board.
ESA animals are protected by the Fair Housing Act, so long as the proper documentation is provided from a healthcare professional. All ESA requests are processed through the condominium Association's attorney to ensure that all legal requirements are being met.
Units are individually owned and there is not a centralized location for rentals in the complex. Owners use a variety of different methods to advertise their units for rent. Zillow, rent.com, craigslist and MLS are the most common places.
Condo fees range from $240 per month to $480 per month depending on the size of the unit.
