They do not give you a job on the spot, Neglect you with any of your time, don’t call you back, and won’t tell you how much you make, won’t tell you anything about the job, very poor at responding.

Your chances are very good as long as the company that you work wants you, and pay usually goes up 1 - 2 dollars depending on what you do in my experience

I was turned down. I was honest as always, answering questions that they like to hear, physically great condition and knowledgeable in many different jobs. Never gave me a reason..almost 3 months later and it still left me with questions?
