The reason I picked Harbor is because of the Management I met when I walked in the door. They were ready to help me immediately. Unlike other places, they didn't ask that I make an appointment and return. The application and lease process was easy, and professional. I had to change in my move date a couple of times. They did everything to accommodate my needs and really worked with me. The apartment I assumed is in excellent condition and was very clean upon my move-in. I had a minor maintenance issue. Jose was to my place in minutes. Management has gone beyond my expectations to make a move all the way from Iowa comfortable and stress free. I am glad I am part of the Harbor community.

This place has been great! The people in the office are so sweet and always so willing to help with anything! And they also remember your face when you walk thru the door which is always a nice feeling ☺️ The appliances are up to date and give the apartment a nice touch. There’s constant landscaping so it always looks beautiful on the outside. And the pool is just beautiful and so clean! The laundry room is air conditioned as well. If I wasn’t moving back to my home state I would be staying here for a long time!

Think is our third year great place. only complaint is we need reserved parking and we were told only 2 vehicles no matter how many people live in the apartment , I c certain others I guess can have 3 . Smh !!! Other than that staff is right on immediately anything you need to be done in your apartment, and a very very quiet place with very little children ( yay ) . Great job to our staff

BAD BUSINESS Non caring organization! Horrible exclusion of couple of senior citizens that do not meet their “income requirements” My Father 79 years old, is bellow their income requirement but even though me, the son can co-sign and become responsible for payment, they will not accept it. They in effect discriminate people because of their income level disregarding that I do make enough as to more than guarantee rent payment. How they treat senior…. Says a lot about them!!!

We will be accepting most forms of rental assistance (including Section 8) beginning January 1, 2022. The verification of income will be used as part of the resident application policy which can be found on our website once you select the Apply Now button.
Unsure about 1 bedroom. I have a 2 for $1000 a month. They have washer/ dryer hook ups and a coin laundry if you don't have a washer or dryer
