Our two bedrooms range in price from $1,149.00 to $1,249.00
Good Morning Kim, Yes we do credit checks. That is possible, but I have rarely seen that happen. Your deposit will definitely be higher than the normal $300.
We have 4 parking warning signs once you enter our community and prior to resident parking along with warning signs throughout the community. Every resident is also told that all guest must park in the visitor parking or they will be towed costing the owner a towing expense. I have added the 3 photos to show these signs.
A one bedroom is about 1100.00/month but you can always call them and ask! They might have monthly deals going on 😁
