Here it is 5:11pm on a Sunday AFTER HOURS and I’m currently a resident here and I lost my house keys! We couldn’t get in contact with the maintenance so the supervisor of the main office Sheena went out her way to find me a locksmen to get me in my apartment no charge or anything! She was so considerate of my situation along with being So professional and a awesome help!. Joh also helped me with her wonderful costumer service I’m so thankful for the team at icon truly!! I don’t know what I’ve would’ve done. ❤️
