The wait is to long. This is ridiculous. No one should have to wait 4 and half hours and still have not been seen by a doctor!

Remove the word urgent. Remove the word care. This facility is slow as molasses on a cold day and it is evident that they do not care about the patients that walk in their door in need of assistance. A special shout out to the nurse who insisted on calling my son as she even after he was corrected multiple times. Additionally, shout out to the four registration staff members and five nurses all of home were twiddling their thumbs while there was only one PA tending to patients. I will never return to this facility!

I called ahead and asked if they could test for Monkey Pox since I had a strange rash. They said "yes, come in". I get there, the doctor has no idea what the rash is and says "we cant test for Monkey Pox, go to Orlando Health" So, #1 they lied over the phone. I get to Orlando Health, they immediately tell me that it's shingles and send me home with meds. Why couldn't AdventHealth see that it was shingles? The doctor didn't even mention it. And why lie about testing? I am never going to this incompetent location again.

The rudest people I have ever meet, I am in customer service for a LIVING ! I train people from low to high on how deal with customers and handle situations. What’s frustrating is I KNOW ADVENT HEALTH trains well. Which means the only thing left for the girls there is the terrible attitude and lack of willingness to want to want to ‘help’ the customer. I did not loose my cool- I killed with kindness rather - only bc my girlfriend really needed to be seen , so I coaxed them the right amount to get them to act and do there job. Executive level really needs to take notice of this location and do an invest . I popped back by and there was upper managment doing something at this location and ALL THE SAME PEOPLE were wonderful!!! Then I go back and am seen by the doctor and I leave , and they higher ups were gone at this point , and two of the girls up front were right back to there short , curt , attitude filled tone/self . I said thank you and left. Will never be back there ,I have to drive to Altamonte springs or Occee now …
